Love this app !

Love it!

This ap is what I needed to keep me on a healthy weight loss plan. It is easy and keeps me on track. I have spent a lot of money in the past trying all kinds of weight loss plans. This by far has been the least amount of money spent for the results I have achieved! I have lost 32 pounds since January 17th just by following a healthy eating plan. I know I will reach my target goal because I am as motivated as ever and feel like I finally have the perfect tool to help me. Thanks!

This app really works for me. It remembers meals that Ive had so if I have the same thing again it is very easy to log in. Has a great selection of foods very easy to select an input information hands keep track of calorie intake

Love this!

This App has really helped me stay on track with my weight loss! The analysis that I can get is great. I do wish that more barcodes could be scanned and that I could tailor the amount of salt I can consume daily. Due to my health issues I require much more salt than the daily recommendations. Also, some of the nutritional facts that pull up by name or via barcode dont always match the label on the containers. All in all its a great App!

If you use it, you will achieve success, its got a good mix of features vs simplicity and I have achieved my goal using this app.

Does more than I thought!

It took me a minute to figure this app out, and I did not expect to be impressed, but Im still using it (almost daily) 6 months later. It does more than I initially thought as it has a chart to keep track of weight/goal and food to see each meal and food item to help me choose to budget my calories more wisely. Thumbs up!

I really love this app because it keeps track of everything. I could not believe my sodium intake, I wondered why I would retain fluid some days & now I know, its areal eye opener . I thought it was going bonkers on me , I lost all my information but as soon as I updated my iPhone it all came back. Yay!! Love It !!!!

Absolutely love this app

Ok, I promise this is beyond honest. I love this app. I have never been one to track calories but I needed to lose weight in a healthy way. No gimmicks, no diet pills. This app honestly helped me do that I lost the pounds that I needed to lose in a healthy way. It gives you an analysis of the foods you eat. For example, if you consumed too much sodium it warns you. It makes suggestions of things you might want to include in your diet. It is easy to use. It does let you scan the barcode of the foods. I started using three calorie apps and figured with time it would help me decide. This one won. All the tips and especially the analysis is great. Youll love it! Good luck!

Excellent tool !

This app keeps my mind on the goal to eat more healthfully. I learned through using it that I almost never take in enough daily calcium and I was able to correct that. It is thorough ....you dont merely track your weight and enter your meals. You can get important info on your sodium intake or protein deficiencies, for example. You can also track your exercise! Two thumbs up!
