Love this app. Keeps me on track and shows me what I eat on a daily basis and that really makes me aware of my daily food intake. Love the scanner portion as well.....very user friendly. 8lbs down and still counting.

Awesome app! Been using it for three years. Yes it does take time but its really a healthy way to lose the weight. Couldnt exercise due to work schedules so thought I should give this a try. Put my eating habits in a different perspective. Made me change my ways for the better. Must try if you cant lose weight or dont have time to exercise.
This has helped me so much by staying on track each day. I go over on my reduction calories quite often, however I am constantly watching what I eat and I am not eating more than my maintaining calorie usage. Giving me better habits, listening to my body, I dont overeat anymore as my stomach is now used to eating just enough and stopping because it is now smaller. Thank you ! I have shared this app with a lot of my friends. Makes so much sense ! Easy to use.
Really enjoy this app my only suggestion is add your job tittle as a factor.
Fantastic app. I have been dieting and using this app since April 3. So far Ive lost about 10 pounds and I still have more to go. I like that you can use this app to keep track of weight, exercising and food. Its very helpful. I would suggest downloading this.
This app is simple to use and even with the free version, you get charts and analysis. I like it so far but Id like to understand more about how their food grading system works
Easy to use still needs a few twicks like entering servings old way was better. Paid for max not sure its worth it for me.
I usually never review items but just love this app. If you are ready for a lifestyle change use this app to track your food and exercise. Tips, charts, and article from the basic free version are great.

Love the app. It has made me aware of my choices and has made it easier to make better choices. Also recently found that you can sync your fitness app through Apple health to this app. Love having all my info in one spot.
Solid app. A little pricey but probably worth it.
I have used lose it, myfitnesspal when I came across this application, it beats the other two by a dandy mile and a half, I used it henceforth for over two weeks and I must say it is the best.

I lost more than 25 pounds due in large part to learning what I was actually eating in terms of calories. Furthermore. I reversed my tendency to have high blood pressure by using this app to reduce my sodium intake!
