A wonderful way to track eating and exercise patterns and take charge of your health.
This app will never find food that youre eating in its database. When you scan foods barcodes -the information is almost always very incorrect! I find myself spending way too much time on this app trying to get the calories correct.
Its super easy to use! not to mention that you can connect with friends. my boyfriend and I have been connected for a little bit, and we monitor each others daily intake of food. Its a neat feature to keep each other on track. plus it has an amazing feature to blog about your struggles and strengths. people often share common interest which make you feel like youre not alone.
I recommend it. Its great. Features and easiness alike. Also, you dont have to purchase it to make use of all its great qualities. No annoying pop ups either. I actually use this everyday.

Been very helpful in controlling food selections and balancing exercise. Tracking both food and exercise are key since the one balances out the other. I like the summary of sugars, sodium, cholesterol, carbs, etc.. that the app calculates. Thank you!
Keeps me in check. Period. No other app has succeeded in doing that. You can also customize your caloric intake for the day, adjust your intake accordingly, unlike having a set regimen because lets all agree that we all are different with varying metabolism and different tastes in foods.
How convenient to track calories & exercise together. The calorie look up has so many products - its the best! I love the long range planning - setting an ending time to be at a certain goal, with a graph that automatically plots the progress! Its just what I needed.
Used this app for 3 mths and it worked to show me what was holding me back from losing weight. App works if you enter all you eat for a few months to get a pattern.
Been great. I cant live without it. It has helped me to monitor everything I put in my body. My nutritionist loves the app. I like love that I can scan the products and it gives me a grade. I think this is the best to help with my weight loss goal!!
I just installed this app one week ago and I love it! It is easy to use and convenient and provides the structure and motivation I have needed to stick to a program. I have lost three pounds so far and I am not feeling hungry or deprived. I feel like this app is helping me to form lifelong better eating choices rather than just dieting for the short term. I would recommend this to anyone! The only area that could be tweaked is the list of foods contained in the data system. I am sure this will continue to expand with time.

Easy to track calories and stay on track. Ive been tracking for 40 days and am much more aware of what Im eating and now my food choices are much improved.

Ive been a binge eater and over eater my whole life. I was emotional with food and really did not mind carrying the fat around. Friends and people said I carried it well. Then, we had a baby boy and I was at 300 with bad cholesterol. My wife got me this app and Ive been hooked. It has got me down to high school weight and energy. I love it!!! Only 24 more pounds to I hit ideal weight!!!
Great app to help with calorie count! I love the analysis section that lets you see how well your eating or not and the exercise section that lets you add in work out and totals calories burned!
