This app keeps my mind on the goal to eat more healthfully. I learned through using it that I almost never take in enough daily calcium and I was able to correct that. It is thorough ....you dont merely track your weight and enter your meals. You can get important info on your sodium intake or protein deficiencies, for example. You can also track your exercise! Two thumbs up!
